　　GZ系列(lie)电磁振动(dong)给(ji)料机

　　用途和特点：

　　电磁振动给料(liao)机广泛使用在(zai)冶(ye)金(jin)、煤(mei)炭、电子、机械、化工(gong)、建材、轻工(gong)、粮食等工(gong)矿企业中，在(zai)生(sheng)产(chan)流程中，用于块(kuai)状、颗粒状、粉(fen)状物(wu)(wu)料(liao)从贮料(liao)仓或漏(lou)斗(dou)中定(ding)量、均匀(yun)、连续地给到受料(liao)装置(zhi)中去。本(ben)设(she)备有五种类型(xing)(xing)：宽槽(cao)型(xing)(xing)、平槽(cao)型(xing)(xing)、轻槽(cao)型(xing)(xing)、封(feng)闭型(xing)(xing)、上振型(xing)(xing)、基本(ben)型(xing)(xing)，可满足不同物(wu)(wu)料(liao)的特性及工(gong)艺要(yao)求(qiu)。

　　与(yu)其他给料设备相比具(ju)有以下(xia)特点：

　　(1)电气控制采用(yong)可控硅半波(bo)整(zheng)流线路，可无级调节给料量(liang)，可用(yong)于(yu)自动控制的生产(chan)(chan)流程中(zhong)，实(shi)现生产(chan)(chan)自动化。

　　(2)无转动零部件(jian)，不需润滑，结(jie)构简单，维(wei)修方便。

　　(3)物料呈微抛运(yun)动，料槽磨损小。

　　(4)采用(yong)合金钢板制成的料(liao)槽，可(ke)适用(yong)输送高温、磨(mo)损严重及有腐(fu)蚀性(xing)的物(wu)料(liao)等。

　　Application and feature

　　Electromagnetic vibrating feeder has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, electronics, machinery industry, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, food and other mining industries. In the production process, it delivers the anti-block materials, granular, powdery materials from the storage silo or funnel to the affected device quantitatively, uniformly and continuously.

　　Comparing with other type feeder, it has the following characteristics:

　　(1) Electric control uses half-wave silicon-controlled rectifier circuit.  It can adjust to the charge level, and it can be used for automatic control of the production process, so that realize production automation.

　　(2) It has no rotating parts, no need to lubrication, simple structure, and easy to maintenance.

　　(3) Material is micro-throwing movement, and silo has small wear.

　　(4) It uses the silo which is made of alloy steel plate. It’s applicable to transport heat, wear and corrosive materials, etc
