　　GZ系列电磁振动(dong)给(ji)料机

　　用途和特点：

　　电(dian)(dian)磁振动给料机广泛使用(yong)在(zai)冶金、煤炭、电(dian)(dian)子(zi)、机械、化工(gong)、建材、轻(qing)(qing)工(gong)、粮(liang)食等工(gong)矿企业中，在(zai)生产流程中，用(yong)于块状、颗(ke)粒状、粉状物料从(cong)贮料仓或(huo)漏斗中定量、均匀、连续(xu)地给到受(shou)料装置中去。本设备有五(wu)种(zhong)类型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)：宽槽型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、平槽型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、轻(qing)(qing)槽型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、封闭(bi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、上振型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、基(ji)本型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)，可满(man)足(zu)不同(tong)物料的特(te)性及工(gong)艺要求。

　　与其他(ta)给料设备相比具有以下特点(dian)：

　　(1)电气(qi)控制采用(yong)可(ke)控硅(gui)半(ban)波(bo)整(zheng)流线路，可(ke)无(wu)级调节(jie)给料(liao)量，可(ke)用(yong)于(yu)自动控制的生(sheng)产(chan)流程中，实现生(sheng)产(chan)自动化。

　　(2)无转动零部件，不需润滑，结构简单，维修方便。

　　(3)物料呈微抛运(yun)动(dong)，料槽(cao)磨损小(xiao)。

　　(4)采用合金(jin)钢板(ban)制成的料(liao)(liao)槽，可适用输送高温(wen)、磨损(sun)严重(zhong)及有腐蚀性的物料(liao)(liao)等。

　　Application and feature

　　Electromagnetic vibrating feeder has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, electronics, machinery industry, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, food and other mining industries. In the production process, it delivers the anti-block materials, granular, powdery materials from the storage silo or funnel to the affected device quantitatively, uniformly and continuously.

　　Comparing with other type feeder, it has the following characteristics:

　　(1) Electric control uses half-wave silicon-controlled rectifier circuit. It can adjust to the charge level, and it can be used for automatic control of the production process, so that realize production automation.

　　(2) It has no rotating parts, no need to lubrication, simple structure, and easy to maintenance.

　　(3) Material is micro-throwing movement, and silo has small wear.

　　(4) It uses the silo which is made of alloy steel plate. It’s applicable to transport heat, wear and corrosive materials, etc
